Marketing Customer Support Specialist Digital Advertising (German Speaking)

Working Schedule:
Initial Phase:
- Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 19:00
- 2 shifts: 07:0016:00 / 10:0019:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Later Phase (TBC by client):
- 24/7 rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist you will support advertisers and business clients using digital advertising solutions. You will provide guidance on paid campaigns social media advertising tools and digital marketing performance while delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat in German and English
- Support clients with paid advertising campaigns including setup optimization and performance-related inquiries
- Assist with campaign troubleshooting billing questions and policy-related issues
- Guide customers on the effective use of social media and digital advertising platforms
- Analyze basic campaign data and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Ensure accurate documentation of cases in internal systems
- Meet defined KPIs SLAs and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent German and advanced English
- Hands-on experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a Contact Center or service program for an Advertising Tech company
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1080 (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 80 (paid over 11 months)
