Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week
Role Overview
We are looking for a German-speaking Search Engine / Technical Customer Service Representative to support users of a global search engine and digital services this role you will assist customers with technical and account-related inquiries troubleshoot issues and ensure a high-quality support experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support via phone email and/or chat in German and English
- Assist users with search engine tools account settings and technical troubleshooting
- Identify analyze and resolve technical issues related to digital services
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in internal systems
- Follow internal guidelines procedures and quality standards
- Meet productivity quality and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when necessary
- Work collaboratively with internal technical and operations teams
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 or native level)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced process-driven environment
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Languages Supported
This project supports multiple markets including French Italian German and Dutch.
German English are mandatory for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 135 (paid over 12 months)
- Complexity Allowance: 120 (paid over 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day
