Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)
- Rotational shifts between 07:30 20:00
- Weekends off

- Fixed-term contract (CDD 6 months)
Role Overview
- We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international insurance project in this role you will support German-speaking customers by handling inquiries related to insurance policies claims and general account support while ensuring a high level of service quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat in German and English
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries policy information and basic claims support
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems
- Follow internal guidelines procedures and compliance requirements
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering clear and professional communication
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to quality productivity and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 or native level)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is a plus not mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts within business hours
- Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 100 (paid over 12 months)
- Complexity Allowance: 100 (paid over 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day
- Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
