  • Monday to Sunday
  • Rotative shifts between 08:00 23:00
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative you will support users of a digital mobile application operating in the French market. You will handle customer inquiries related to account usage transactions and general app support ensuring a high-quality user experience in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via chat email and/or phone in Flemish and English
  • Assist users with account setup verification and profile management
  • Support inquiries related to payments transactions and app functionality
  • Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and platform policies
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Meet defined KPIs quality standards and SLAs

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent Flemish and advanced English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotative shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable working in an on-site work environment in Lisbon

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in digital platforms fintech gaming or online services
  • Experience in a contact center or customer support role
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1500 (paid over 14 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day
  • Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
