Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist German Speaker to support a global Medical program. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end commercial order flows ensuring accuracy compliance and a high level of service to international customers.
This role requires strong communication skills in German excellent attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment within a 24/7 support structure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for the Medical division

Process and validate customer orders with a high level of accuracy

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations

Handle order inquiries discrepancies returns and billing matters

Collaborate with logistics supply chain finance and customer operations teams
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize O2C efficiency

Maintain updated documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile
-
Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English
-
Previous experience in Order-to-Cash Order Management Billing or similar administrative/operations roles

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work in a 24/7 environment

Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities

Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is an asset but not mandatory
