Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Strategic Design: Elaborate and implement high-performance Paid Digital Advertising strategies (Search Display Social Ads) aligned with growth objectives.
• Operational Management: Proactively and daily set up launch monitor and optimize campaigns on key platforms. Previous and demonstrable experience in the direct management and optimization of Paid Ads is a MANDATORY and essential selection criterion.
• Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth performance analyses interpret data to identify improvement opportunities and formulate actionable strategic recommendations.
• Technical Optimization: Implement A/B testing protocols adjust bids and targeting to refine performance and cost efficiency.
• Reporting and Communication: Produce clear and detailed performance reports and present results (KPIs) and strategic outlooks to internal teams.
• Technological Watch: Stay informed about changes in advertising platforms and industry best practices to ensure maximum competitiveness.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Language: Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2).
• Experience: Solid prior and demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing Paid Advertising (Paid Ads) campaigns is a strict REQUIREMENT.
