We are hiring an Inbound Document Monitor to support medical records operations by managing incoming documents validating completeness and ensuring each request moves through the workflow accurately. You will be the first step in the documentation pipeline ensuring files are properly received categorized and triaged.
Key Responsibilities
Document Intake & Verification
- Receive track and validate incoming medical documents.
- Confirm document completeness correct labeling and proper routing.
- Identify missing information and escalate issues promptly.
Workflow Assignment
- Monitor queues and assign documents based on urgency and rules defined in the SOP.
- Ensure fast handoff to downstream teams.
Data Accuracy & Documentation
- Update system fields with correct metadata and document status.
- Maintain clean and organized documentation logs.
Quality & Process Support
- Flag recurring issues in document submissions.
- Support ongoing workflow improvements.
What You Bring
- Experience in medical records healthcare operations or document processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Experience with EMR/EHR or document management systems is a plus.
