About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join the Global Safety & Support team of a major social media platform. You will evaluate classify and moderate content to ensure a safe online environment for users while working in a fast-paced multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content (text images videos) in Dutch according to platform policies.

Identify and escalate potential risks harmful behavior or violations of community guidelines.

Ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while meeting personal and team KPIs.

Provide feedback to help optimize policy updates and content moderation workflows.
-
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve user safety.
Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (C1C2 level).
-
Good command of English for internal communication and training.

Strong awareness of social media trends and online culture.
-
Ability to handle sensitive content including potentially distressing material.

Detail-oriented adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
-
Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is an advantage but not mandatory.
