What youll do
- Chat call & email customers
- Help people with cool tech: vacuum cleaners air purifiers hair tools & more
- Solve simple tech issues (dont worry full training included!)
- Handle warranties repairs & replacements
- Recommend products that fit customers needs
- Deliver top-level customer experience
What were looking for
- Fluent Dutch good English
- Basic tech curiosity & problem-solving skills
- Friendly calm & solution-oriented attitude
- Customer support experience is a plus not a must!
