- Completion of process guidance documents formal issuance and training---Completion of the preparation issuance and training of process documents such as process flow charts work instructions and inspection procedures.
- Process control effectiveness --- KR1: product first-time pass rate; KR2: process cost optimization; KR3: number of work-related accidents.
- Process Problem SolvingTimely resolution of process problems.
- Process ImprovementCompletion of process optimization measures plans tooling designs etc.
- Design manufacture test and deliver production-related fixtures on time.
- Other temporary tasksTimely completion of temporary tasks related to process work.
Authority:
- Authorized to propose and lead mechanical design improvement and optimization trials.
- Authorized to provide professional input on selection installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Authorized to train shop floor staff in mechanical process and maintenance.
- Authorized to halt equipment operation in case of serious mechanical safety risks.
Appointment Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 3 years experience.
- Proficient in APQP SWOT PDCA PPAP 8D FMEA 5W2H Computer-Aided Design (CAD) proficiency in thermodynamics fluid mechanics and materials science and programming for data analysis alongside critical soft skills like problem-solving communication teamwork project management and creativity
