Kasrawy Group is a leading company in the automotive industry providing high-quality services to clients in Libya Benghazi & Tripoli.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Call Center this role you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing inbound and outbound communications with potential customers coordinating showroom inquiries and supporting the sales team with accurate and timely information.

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries including billing technical support and general questions.

- Respond to customer emails and live chat messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by gathering information investigating the issue and providing appropriate solutions.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

- Continuously strive to improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions for process enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date on company products services and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
