Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Kasrawy Group in Tripoli Libya (KMG).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the dealership
- Listen to customers concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicles issues
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
- Calculate and provide quotes for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule for the technicians
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process providing updates and answering any questions
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology products and services
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and services
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
