Role Overview

Youll help build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers a rapidly expanding fleet of AI agents. This includes backend APIs data pipelines vector search systems and cloud deployments. Youll work closely with AI and full-stack engineers to deliver reliable scalable and high-performance systems that support real production workloads. This is an excellent role for engineers eager to learn cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to agent platforms used across industries.

What Youll Do

Design and implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines for agent memory and knowledge retrieval
Develop backend systems using Python frameworks (FastAPI Django Flask)
Build and optimize integrations with LangGraph LangChain and vector databases (Chroma Weaviate Pinecone)
Manage and monitor cloud environments using AWS (or equivalent in GCP/Azure)
Implement storage and data systems using S3 or other cloud storage platforms
Build CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker GitHub Actions)
Implement monitoring observability and reliability systems for AI agents
Collaborate closely with AI and full-stack engineers to deliver robust platform components

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in backend data or infrastructure engineering
Proficiency in Python with strong understanding of API backend or data layer development
Experience with or interest in LangChain LangGraph or AI system design
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP or Azure)
Knowledge of containerization CI/CD and observability tools
Enthusiasm for learning AI infrastructure and contributing to production systems

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with vector databases S3 or data pipeline tools
Exposure to AI observability prompt evaluation or model testing
Experience with event-driven or serverless architectures
