Job Overview
We are looking for a German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to support new advertisers in setting up and optimizing Google Ads this role you will guide clients through the onboarding journey act as a trusted advisor and help them achieve strong performance and long-term success with digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and guide them through Google Ads setup and activation

Consult clients on campaign structure budget and optimization strategies

Manage a portfolio of advertisers across the German market

Conduct outbound calls to engage and support new customers
-
Identify growth opportunities upsell solutions and increase product adoption

Analyze client needs and deliver tailored digital advertising recommendations
-
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
-
Meet performance quality and productivity KPIs
Requirements
-
C2 level German (spoken & written)
-
Fluent English
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 2 years experience in sales digital marketing or account management
-
Strong understanding of PPC / online advertising (Google Ads experience preferred)

Customer-focused mindset with strong consultative selling skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and analytical skills
