We are hiring Solution Specialists with English one Nordic language (Swedish / Norwegian / Danish / Finnish) to join an international Cloud Solutions environment. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong commercial mindset and proven B2B sales experience in the tech space.
Role Overview
As a Solution Specialist you will work closely with business clients to understand their needs and propose suitable cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor combining sales expertise with technical understanding to drive value and long-term partnerships.

Recommend and position cloud-based solutions

Manage and develop customer relationships

Drive solution adoption and revenue growth

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
Mandatory Requirements

Fluent English one Nordic language (SE / NO / DK / FI)

Strong B2B tech sales experience

Preferably in cloud technologies (Azure cloud solutions etc.)

Strong communication negotiation and consultative selling skills
