We are hiring a Dutch speaking Renewals Specialist to join a hybrid team based in Málaga or Valencia. This role focuses on supporting existing business clients by helping them renew digital service subscriptions understand product value and continue using the tools that strengthen their operations. You will engage with established customers identify reasons for churn highlight benefits and secure successful renewals through professional communication and customer-focused advisory.

Your daily responsibilities involve contacting existing clients before their renewal dates reviewing their usage identifying performance improvements and guiding them through the renewal options available. You will ensure that each customer understands the full value of their subscription and receives clear answers to any questions they may have. You will also maintain precise records follow structured workflows and meet performance targets related to renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will collaborate with team leaders analysts and product specialists who will support your training and development. You will gain detailed knowledge about customer lifecycle management value-based communication and retention strategies. You will also learn how to handle objections effectively how to identify upsell opportunities and how to create long-term trust with customers.

To succeed you must be fluent in Dutch and English and have strong communication and listening skills. You should enjoy building relationships with existing customers and guiding them through important decisions. Experience in customer service account management or subscription-based services is beneficial but not required as full training is provided.
