We are actively recruiting four results-driven Digital Ads Managers with native or fluent English to lead and optimize high-performance Paid Advertising Campaigns for our key global markets. As a Digital Ads Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational and strategic management of paid digital marketing spend across various platforms (Search Social Display). You will act as a performance consultant ensuring all campaigns are meticulously executed rigorously optimized and reported with clarity and insight.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Design implement and manage performance-focused Paid Digital Advertising strategies tailored to meet ambitious global client objectives.
  • Campaign Execution & Scaling: Set up launch daily monitor and proactively scale advertising campaigns. Demonstrable previous hands-on experience in the direct management and optimization of Paid Ads is a non-negotiable REQUIREMENT.
  • Deep-Dive Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing platform analytics to identify optimization opportunities key trends and insights that drive budget reallocation decisions.
  • Continuous Optimization: Implement A/B testing protocols refine bidding strategies (e.g. automated bidding logic) manage keyword and audience segmentation and execute ad copy testing to maximize campaign efficiency and reach.
  • Insightful Reporting: Create clear insightful and comprehensive performance reports effectively communicating results (KPI attainment) and strategic next steps to internal stakeholders.
  • Market Leadership: Stay fully up-to-date with the latest developments platform changes and best practices in the digital advertising landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Language: Native or near-native fluency in English (C1/C2).
  • Experience: Solid verifiable previous experience in the direct management and optimization of Paid Advertising (Paid Ads) campaigns is a strict REQUIREMENT.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities high proficiency with digital marketing tools and a proven results-oriented mindset.
  • Location: Willingness and ability to work from our international hub in Lisbon Portugal.
