Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers (consumers or businesses) via telephone chat and email.
- Efficiently resolve inquiries related to products services billing or technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and accurately document all interactions in the clients system.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic international setting.
Requirements
- Native or Fluent proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal) is essential.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for internal communication.
- Previous experience in Customer Service Call Center or BPO environment is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Must be eligible to work in Spain (EU Citizen/Valid Work Permit).
