- Base Salary: 20000- 25000 (Competitive rate for Italian fluency in Spain).
- Performance Bonus: Regular incentives and bonuses based on customer satisfaction and quality targets.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries from the Italian market (B2C or B2B) via multiple channels including phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate and complete information to resolve questions and issues regarding products services order status or billing.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the companys internal system.
Requirements
- Native or high-level fluency (C1/C2) in Italian (written and verbal) is essential.
- Fluent English is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role retail or BPO/Call Center environment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent listening skills attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of communication.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU/Spain.
