Job Summary
Support guest relations teams within an international hotel environment to enhance customer experience and service quality. Develop communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural hospitality setting.
Training placements may align with internationally recognised hotel brands including InterContinental-branded properties.
Duties may include:
- Supporting guest relations and service teams
- Assisting with guest enquiries and feedback
- Observing service recovery and communication standards
- Supporting guest experience initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic English communication ability
