Job Summary

Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent Greece

Start or grow your career in customer support with an international company in Greece.
We are currently hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agents to support international clients across customer care projects.

Roles are available remote (from within Greece) as well as onsite.


Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat email and phone

  • Support customers with reservations account updates and general requests

  • Follow clear step-by-step procedures

  • Maintain high service quality and accuracy

  • Collaborate with a supportive international team


What we are looking for:

  • Fluent Swedish (C1 or higher)

  • English level B2 or above

  • Motivation to learn previous experience is a plus not a must

  • Comfortable using standard computer systems

  • EU passport or valid Greek residence permit (mandatory)

  • Based in Greece or willing to relocate
