Job Summary
Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent Greece
Start or grow your career in customer support with an international company in Greece.
We are currently hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agents to support international clients across customer care projects.
Roles are available remote (from within Greece) as well as onsite.
Your responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat email and phone

Support customers with reservations account updates and general requests

Follow clear step-by-step procedures

Maintain high service quality and accuracy

Collaborate with a supportive international team
What we are looking for:

Fluent Swedish (C1 or higher)

English level B2 or above

Motivation to learn previous experience is a plus not a must

Comfortable using standard computer systems

EU passport or valid Greek residence permit (mandatory)

Based in Greece or willing to relocate
