About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and service-minded Customer Support Representative to join our multilingual support team in this role you will assist customers from Croatia and other regions ensuring that each interaction delivers a positive and professional experience.

Youll work remotely from anywhere in Greece providing support via phone email or chat helping customers with inquiries product information or troubleshooting issues.

What You Will Do

Be the first point of contact for customers through phone email and chat.

Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian and English with professionalism and empathy.

Identify and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

What Were Looking For

Fluent in Croatian C2 and English (B2).

Previous experience in customer service technical support or hospitality is an advantage.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using computers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude team spirit and adaptability.
