Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: per year.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and service (B2C or B2B) in your native or fluent European language via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality.
- Work within a large highly international team environment in Athens.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the companys CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for internal communication.
- Native or C1/C2 fluency in a high-demand European language German French Italian Dutch Nordic languages etc is essential.
- Strong interest in moving to and living in Athens Greece.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU.
