This role is flexible offering Work-At-Home options and is based in Greece. You will provide specialized support for connectivity app integration and advanced operational features of the smart devices. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of modern consumer electronics.
Your Impact: Seamless Smart Home Experience
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues related to device setup Wi-Fi/app integration and the proprietary software that powers the devices.
- Customer Guidance: Clearly guide users through diagnostics and resolution steps for mechanical and digital faults.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of complex solutions and device performance issues.
- Flexibility: Utilize the Work-At-Home option available for this project.
What You Bring: The Technical Communicator
- Language Mastery: Native-level fluency in Swedish.
- Technical Aptitude: Proven experience in IT support or customer service with expertise in smart home technology hardware or AI-driven systems.
- Work Arrangement: Willingness to work from the Greece office initially with potential for long-term Work-At-Home.
