Job Summary

B2B Sales Engineer (Hebrew Speaker)
Location: Bulgaria
Work Model: Remote (with a possible move to Hybrid in the future)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00

We are looking for a B2B Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise and customer-facing experience to support complex sales cycles and deliver value-driven solutions to clients. This role sits at the intersection of technical consulting and B2B sales ideal for professionals who enjoy solution selling and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations (remote and via phone)

  • Provide technical expertise to support and achieve sales objectives

  • Prepare moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales teams

  • Apply solution-selling techniques and maintain proactive effective client communication

  • Identify and analyze customer needs and develop competitive strategies to meet those needs

  • Advise customers and internal sales teams on technical aspects of products and services

  • Design and deliver technical trainings when required

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes and recommend enhancements to management

  • Ensure consistent follow-up on sales opportunities and client inquiries

  • Evaluate customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions

  • Handle objections manage competitive pressures and support customer retention

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written)

  • Experience in B2B sales engineering technical sales or pre-sales roles

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value

  • Proven solution-selling and customer advisory skills

  • Excellent presentation communication and relationship management abilities

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 4633 BGN gross

  • Target Bonus: 1725 BGN per quarter (performance-based)

  • Full-time long-term position

  • Remote setup with standard weekday working hours
