B2B Sales Engineer (Hebrew Speaker)
Location: Bulgaria
Work Model: Remote (with a possible move to Hybrid in the future)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
We are looking for a B2B Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise and customer-facing experience to support complex sales cycles and deliver value-driven solutions to clients. This role sits at the intersection of technical consulting and B2B sales ideal for professionals who enjoy solution selling and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities

Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations (remote and via phone)

Provide technical expertise to support and achieve sales objectives

Prepare moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales teams

Apply solution-selling techniques and maintain proactive effective client communication

Identify and analyze customer needs and develop competitive strategies to meet those needs

Advise customers and internal sales teams on technical aspects of products and services
-
Design and deliver technical trainings when required
-
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes and recommend enhancements to management
-
Ensure consistent follow-up on sales opportunities and client inquiries
-
Evaluate customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions
-
Handle objections manage competitive pressures and support customer retention
-
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
What Were Looking For

Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written)

Experience in B2B sales engineering technical sales or pre-sales roles
-
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Proven solution-selling and customer advisory skills

Excellent presentation communication and relationship management abilities

Comfortable working in a remote environment
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 4633 BGN gross
-
Target Bonus: 1725 BGN per quarter (performance-based)

Full-time long-term position
