Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive After Sales Supervisor to join our this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all after-sales activities ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and efficient after-sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the after-sales team including technicians service advisors and support staff

- Develop and implement after-sales strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction

- Monitor and analyze after-sales performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all after-sales processes including repairs maintenance and warranty claims

- Handle customer complaints and escalations providing prompt and effective solutions

- Maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling after-sales products and services

- Train and develop after-sales staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Oversee inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve after-sales processes and offerings

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry

- Strong knowledge of after-sales processes and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven leadership and team management abilities

- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position based in 6th of October City Egypt. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance and performance bonuses.
