Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone email and messaging platforms.
Assist customers with bookings itinerary changes cancellations and special requests.
Provide accurate information regarding destinations travel requirements and agency policies.
Proactively follow up to confirm trip details and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve concerns or complaints with empathy efficiency and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.
