Job Summary

We currently have a vacancy for an AI Adoption & Training Specialist fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on-site at customer the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks

Writing user manuals for Digital/AI solutions;
Writing web documentation;
Prepare and give training courses on Digital/AI solutions;
Contribute to Digital/AI solutions workshops;
Contribute to define use cases in integrating AI solutions;
Support the adoption of AI LLMs in work practices and business processes.

Requirements

University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years;
At least 1 year of experience in workshops and training on the use of AI (e.g. prompting) in a corporate environment;
At least 1 year of experience in projects related to the adoption of AI in a corporate environment;
Knowledge of AI prompt engineering;
Experience in organising user training and workshops;
At least 1 year of experience in generic IT support to end users in Office Automation;
Experience in maintaining websites and/or wikis
Excellent command of the English language.
