Job Description
We are hiring a German Speaking Airline Contact Centre Agent to join an international airline support team in Malta. You will assist customers through multiple channels including phone email chat and social media while providing high-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone email chat and social media

Handle airline-related inquiries such as bookings and general support
-
Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions
-
Work collaboratively within a team environment
-
Continuously learn and grow within different operational areas
Requirements
-
Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
-
Previous customer service experience is preferred
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
-
Team player with strong relationship-building skills
-
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
Working Conditions & Offer

Contract: Indefinite

Working hours: MondayFriday 9:0018:30 (40 hours/week)

Salary progression:
-
Training month: 5.60/hour
-
From month 2: 8.10/hour
-
After probation: 8.50/hour
-
After 12 months: 8.75/hour (performance-based)

After 18 months: 9.20/hour (performance-based)

Language allowance: 250/month (German after training)
-
Performance bonus: Up to 2000/year (after 6 months)

Relocation allowance: 2000 (after 1 month of employment)
