Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join their growing this role you will lead and manage audit engagements oversee a team of auditors and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while providing valuable insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring deadlines are met and resources allocated efficiently.

Liaise with clients to gather documentation maintain strong relationships and support client satisfaction.

Supervise and mentor audit teams providing feedback and coaching as required.
-
Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
-
Utilize audit technology and standard software to achieve engagement targets.
-
Attend meetings with clients audit teams and directors as needed.
-
Stay up to date with the firms services and recommend improvements or value-adding initiatives.
Requirements
-
Currently residing in Malta.
-
ACCA qualification or recognized degree in Accounting.
-
Minimum 4 years of progressive audit experience with managerial or supervisory experience preferred; Big 4 background is a plus.

Proficiency in GAPSME IFRS and International Auditing Standards.

Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
-
Full-time availability (Monday - Friday 40 hours).

Strong leadership mentoring and team-building skills.
