Through TANET we are seeking a Senior Audiovisual Project Manager to join our team and take a key leadership role in the delivery of top-tier animation and digital production services.

Job Description

The Senior Audiovisual Producer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production of audiovisual and animation projects ensuring high-quality execution and seamless delivery across multidisciplinary teams. Main Responsibilities:

Team leadership and coordination: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of 2D/3D artists motion designers animators and technical specialists. Foster collaboration clarity and high-performance execution.

Project management: Oversee full project lifecyclesplanning budgeting scheduling prioritization and risk management. Ensure efficient workflows across creative and technical stages.

Client management: Build strong relationships with U.S.-based clients understanding their needs providing guidance and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

Production oversight: Supervise daily operations review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards timelines and project scopes.

Cross-industry adaptation: Candidates with PM experience in software factories or digital product environments are encouraged to apply provided they can adapt their project leadership skills to audiovisual and animation workflows.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a senior or leadership role with demonstrated ability to manage and guide creative teams such as 2D 3D or motion design groups. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities with excellent communication skills and a solid track record in client-facing roles. The capacity to lead under pressure handle multiple projects simultaneously and optimize production processes is essential. An advanced or fluent level of English is mandatory
