About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Innovation Officer to lead end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. You will manage projects from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery operational excellence and high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong project management expertise proficiency with project management software and Mandarin language skills for effective communication with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product and packaging innovation projects from concept through launch including feasibility R&D and approvals.
- Facilitate project kick-offs progress updates and lessons-learned sessions with stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones track deliverables using project management software identify risks and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
- Mentor project managers and coordinators sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence execution of process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Marketing Communications Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management preferably in CPG or FMCG (not required).
- Strong project management experience including using tools such as Microsoft Project Asana Jira or similar platforms.
- Mandarin language proficiency (written/reading and spoken) required.
- Proven track record delivering innovation projects from concept to launch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint).
