•Manage day-to-day email and sms communication production and execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
•Produce and manage creative briefing aligned with strategy objective and timeline.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and alignment across campaigns.
•Partner with the Creative team to manage content and asset availability.
•Work with the eCommerce team to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across digital touchpoints.
•Support production of weekly performance reports.
•Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement essential including ability to execute communication across the email and sms channel.
• Proficiency in AMP script and SQL
• Demonstrated experience with Marketing Cloud Automation Studio
•Demonstrated experience with HTM and CSS.
•Demonstrated experience with reporting and analysing campaign performance metrics.
•Familiarity with A/B testing.
•Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization Loyalty Cloud and Data Cloud highly regarded
•Awareness of email deliverability best practices and compliance considerations.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud
Administrator) highly desirable.
