Position Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Behavioral Health Scheduling Specialist to manage therapy schedules for ABA and autism service providers. This role focuses on high-volume scheduling coordination day-of changes and consistent communication with families and technicians. You will be responsible for maintaining schedule accuracy minimizing lost therapy hours and ensuring families feel supported during changes. This role requires excellent organization strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-moving scheduling environments.
