TikTok Shop Manager (TikTok Shop & Growth)

Sodarizer is looking for a TikTok Manager to own and grow its entire TikTok ecosystem. This role treats TikTok as a standalone revenue enginedriving TikTok Shop sales affiliate growth content for conversion and livestream selling performance.
What youll do
- Manage Sodarizers TikTok Shop account and drive sales through content campaigns and promotions.
- Build and manage a network of TikTok affiliates and creators helping them succeed in selling the brand.
- Coordinate content (short videos lives hooks offers) focused on conversion not just views.
- Run or support livestream selling sessions and coordinate with the livestream and content teams.
- Track key TikTok metrics (sales CTR conversion traffic) and adjust strategies quickly based on performance.
- Work closely with content operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth TikTok-to-fulfillment experience.
This is not a simple social media posting role; it is a growth and revenue ownership role for TikTok.
What were looking for
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or working inside TikTok commerce (brands creators or agencies).
- Proven ability to drive sales via TikTok content affiliates or live selling and explain how your work impacted revenue.
- Experience recruiting coordinating or managing TikTok affiliates or creators.
- Familiarity with planning content for conversion running/promoting lives and reading TikTok performance dashboards.
- Strong ownership mindset over a single channel with sales- and conversion-focused thinking.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating well with internal teams and creators.
Experience appearing on or managing live selling sessions using TikTok ad tools or scaling TikTok revenue for a brand is a strong plus.
Work setup salary and benefits
- Arrangement: Fully onsite.
- Location: Pasig City.
- Level: Specialist reporting to the Sales & Marketing Lead.
- Salary range: per month.
