The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is a non-profit dedicated to equipping the next generation of Americans with the skills to communicate and collaborate across lines of difference. We work with U.S. colleges and universities by providing co-curricular programming for students professional development for faculty and staff and strategic guidance to leadership. Our goal is to foster constructive dialogue at every level of the institution and to create the conditions for lasting organizational change. CDI was co-founded by psychologist Jonathan Haidt the bestselling author of The Righteous Mind and The Anxious Generation.
CDI seeks a highly organized and service-oriented Program Manager to support CDIs partnerships and initiatives. This full-time remote role will work closely with CDIs Culture Change team to streamline systems coordinate logistics and ensure the seamless execution of projects and campus partnerships.

This position is perfect for a strong communicator who values efficiency organization and mission-driven work. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Campus Culture Change.
Systems and Process Management
Maintain Asana projects task lists and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
Coordinate activities for complex projects involving campus stakeholders keeping efforts organized on schedule and aligned with project goals.
Manage project communication including drafting and responding to emails on behalf of CDI staff to ensure timely and professional correspondence.
Design and refine processes (e.g. interview workflows documentation templates) to improve coordination consistency and efficiency across projects.
Content and Presentation Support
Tailor and format presentation slides and partner materials to align with school contexts and project needs.
Collaborate with CDI staff to refine and version content while maintaining consistency with organizational voice and style.
Prepare and package materials for workshops proposals and partner meetings.
Maintain organized up-to-date files and records of all program content and materials.
Project Coordination and Scheduling
Manage calendars coordinate meetings and schedule partner engagements.
Track decision making and action items and follow-up tasks.
3 years of experience in program or project coordination ideally within education consulting or nonprofit settings.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written communication and editing skills with a good eye for design and visual clarity.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite PowerPoint/Slides and Asana; comfort learning new platforms quickly.
Collaborative mindset and commitment to CDIs mission to strengthen civic culture through constructive dialogue.
Compensation $75000-$85000
