Graduate Engineer Transportation

We are currently seeking a full-time Graduate Engineer - Transportation to join our Mobility Service Line in the St. Paul MN office. We will provide you with the mentoring and team environment that will allow you to grow and learn in your professional career. This position will give you an opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects for state county and municipal clients. You will work on transportation planning design and traffic analysis with an emphasis on highway and intersection design projects.

The work you will do

• CAD work and 3D design on intersection highway aviation and other improvement projects
• Construction observation for various transportation projects
• Public meeting presentation displays and public engagement
• Working alongside other engineers including PEs

What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering by May 2026 required
• Previous consulting or DOT internship experience preferred
• Successfully passed FE exam preferred
• Microstation or AutoCAD experience preferred

Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $68800 to $89540 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
