Korzen Health is proud to partner with a leading behavioral health hospital located in Westborough MA (about 45 min west of the Boston MA area) we are currently hiring Child & Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatrist to join their dedicated team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a modern 108-bed facility offering high-quality inpatient psychiatric care within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join an established multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive inpatient care. This role is inpatient only focusing on admissions discharges and patient management. You will work alongside a skilled group of physicians PMHNPs and an integrated treatment team.

Team of 6 Psychiatrists and 2 PMHNPs including 4 Board-Certified C/A Psychiatrists

Average Daily Census (ADC): 99 patients

Comprehensive treatment team including OT RN LCSW and support staff
Unit Breakdown:

2 Child/Adolescent ASD Units

1 Child/Adolescent General Unit

4 Adult General Units
-
On-site PHP/IOP programs
Scope of Work

Inpatient-only setting (no outpatient responsibilities)

Mix of admissions and discharges

Supported by PMHNPs for medication checks

No night call or weekend coverage required
