What We Are Looking For in a Territory Sales Trainee:
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated coachable and goal-oriented mindset
Sales solar roofing construction account management sales closing sales consulting call center or customer service experience is a plus (but not required as we train the right people)
Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with homeowners is a must
