Pay: $120000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Location

This role is available in Loudoun County Virginia and Oklahoma City Oklahoma. The position may be on-site hybrid or remote with flexibility based on experience and proximity to the office.

Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state tied to the office they support (Virginia or Oklahoma).

Job Description

• Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce custody support and property division
• Manage cases from intake through resolution including hearings mediations and court appearances
• Draft pleadings motions settlement agreements and related legal documents
• Provide practical compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive legal matters
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient high-quality representation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing in Virginia or Oklahoma (role-dependent)
• 1 years of family law or litigation experience
• Courtroom experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
