Job description: Looking for an MD with urgent care experience and/or critical care credentials to triage organize and restore the patient care standards in the Long Term Care. Provider will work up to 40 hours onsite on a 30 bed high acuity unit where individuals have various chronic care conditions. MD will be a part of a multidisciplinary team to manage the healthcare on the unit.
