Job Summary
Veterinary Oncologist Locum / Contract
Opportunity Snapshot
This role offers a flexible locum or per diem opportunity for a board-certified Veterinary Oncologist scheduled 12 days per week. Engagements of 612 months are preferred with flexibility based on availability.
Practice Environment
- Expanding specialty facility with a planned larger footprint including increased treatment space additional exam rooms a dedicated CT suite and enhanced in-house laboratory capabilities.
- Collaborative multi-specialty setting with advanced services including surgery cardiology internal medicine oncology rehabilitation integrative care behavior and theriogenology.

Support from a skilled compassionate clinical and support team.
- No after-hours on-call or overnight responsibilities.
- Access to 24/7 inpatient and emergency care through an on-campus partner facility.
Ideal Background
- DACVIM (Oncology) or residency-trained veterinarian with a practice limited to oncology.
Active veterinary license or license eligibility in New York.
- Strong interest in collaborative specialty care and high-quality medicine.
