Job Summary

Founding Account Executive - Accounting & Finance - San Francisco CA (On-Site)

Our client is seeking a Founding Account Executive to establish and expand their Account and Finance recruiting this role you will leverage your experience in business development within an Accounting and Finance recruiting agency to secure new clients in the accounting sector. You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. This position is perfect for someone who understands the intricacies of accounting recruitment and is excited to apply their expertise in a rapidly growing tech startup.

Youll work closely with our leadership team to scale this vertical from $10M to $100M and establish the organization as the go-to solution for accounting hiring.

Requirements

4 - 10 years of experience selling recruiting services to accounting firms
Work experience
Experience building their own book of business in accounting recruiting
Track record of top performance: quick promotions Top Biller/Producer consistently beating quota

Miscellaneous

Excited to work in person 5 days a week in San Francisco.
Outstanding achievements in some other competitive domain (varsity sports in college degree from a top university etc.)

Nice to Haves

Former accounting recruiting firm experience from the most reputable boutique accounting recruiting agencies or top billers from big recruiting firms in the accounting division.

Salary Range: $100000 to $175000 (Based on experience)
