Job Summary
The CAM Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe accurate and timely products and services to customers. This role supports field operations by ensuring compliance with safety standards operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives at well sites job locations or plants.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver products and services safely accurately and on time
Participate in learning training and competency development activities
Ensure safe compliant and timely operations at the well site job location or plant including equipment rig-up and rig-down
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
Mentor and support team members as required
Engage with customer contacts to promote products and services
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
Previous field service operations or equipment handling experience preferred
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Strong commitment to health safety and environmental standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in field-based environments
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and extended hours as required
Ability to travel and work at customer sites including outdoor and industrial environments
Physically able to perform job duties including lifting standing and working in variable weather conditions
