Search Group Solutions is recruiting an Energy & Environmental Litigation Associate for a leading Baton Rouge law firm with a clearly defined partnership track.
This role fits an attorney who thrives in complex litigation communicates confidently with clients and can manage a full caseload in a fast-moving environment.
Key Details
1900 billable hour requirement
Compensation based on graduation year and experience
Transparent partnership track
Billings bonus tied to collections plus production bonus
Origination bonus program
Transcripts and writing sample required with resume submission
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing ability
High-quality professional references
Demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients
Proven track record of strong performance in legal practice
Comfortable working in a fast-paced challenging team environment
Capable of independently managing cases from start to finish
Experience with court appearances and depositions
Active state bar license; attorneys outside Louisiana may apply if relocating to Baton Rouge
Ability to lead client communications and deliver timely meaningful updates
