What you will be doing:
-Providing safe high-quality nursing care to patients
-Assessing patient conditions and developing or following care plans
-Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
-Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams
-Educating patients and families on health conditions and care plans
-Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation

What we are looking for:
-Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
-Previous clinical or home care experience is preferred but not required
-Strong communication organization and critical-thinking skills
-Compassionate dependable and patient-focused approach
-Ability to work independently while also being a team player
