Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and help patients achieve their best quality of this role youll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care and support.

What Youll Do

  • Provide skilled treatment programs as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely using accepted medical terminology.
  • Maintain compliance with state laws Medicare regulations OSHA standards and facility policies.
  • Keep treatment areas clean and safe for patients and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing education and in-service training to stay current in your field.

What Were Looking For

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (CAPTE or equivalent for international graduates).
  • Licensure: Current valid state license/registration/certification.
  • Certifications: Active CPR certification and TB test as required by state guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained activities throughout the day.
