Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and meet output targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics for raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and enforce quality control standards to ensure product excellence and minimize defects.
• Lead train and manage production teams fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational budgets identify variances and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations environmental standards and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and production planning software.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and team leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Infor)
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
