Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and closure of manufacturing projects from product development to facility upgrades.
Define project scope goals deliverables and resource requirements including production equipment and personnel.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and budget.
Collaborate with production engineering supply chain and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project integration.
Manage project budgets track expenditures and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant manufacturing regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality control.
Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and resource management.
Strong technical aptitude preferably with an engineering or technical background relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP/MES systems.
Experience managing automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawings.
