Key Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing costs variances and COGS to identify trends and cost reduction opportunities.
Develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for manufacturing operations.

Conduct variance analysis against budget and prior periods providing actionable insights to management.

Perform profitability analysis for product lines and production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis.
Demonstrated experience with cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to present complex financial insights.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and their financial implications.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with cost accounting principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
Understanding of supply chain finance dynamics (e.g. inventory valuation production cycle impact).
Exposure to Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
